STUDIO ANDRIOLO is constantly looking for the best talents. This can be done through your spontaneous report (so-called Self-Nomination) or through our specific research that we promote through direct contacts or advertisements in the media, including our website. We therefore inform you that the data relating to you and contained in the curriculum, as well as any data processed during the selection interview, are acquired and processed in paper form and on magnetic, electronic or telematic support solely for the purpose of evaluating our possible interest in establishing a working relationship and / or collaboration.
These data could be included in the so-called "particular" data, defined as personal data suitable for revealing racial and ethnic origin, religious, philosophical or other beliefs, political opinions, membership of parties, trade unions, associations or organizations of a religious or philosophical nature, political or trade union, as well as personal data suitable for revealing the state of health (e.g. belonging to protected categories, disability and the percentage of disability) and sexual life;
Your application will remain present in our database for a period not exceeding that necessary for the purposes for which the data were collected, up to a maximum period of one year, unless your express request for cancellation. 
The provision of the data is optional, however your refusal to provide them and the subsequent processing will make it impossible for us to enter your data in our archive, consequently we will not be able to make any evaluation necessary for the selection process.
For our part, we assure you that the data acquired will be processed exclusively for the research and selection of personnel on our behalf, or companies specialized in selection processes, to which the data collected may be communicated with an invitation to treat them with the the same confidentiality we always use and in any case in full compliance with current legislation that protects personal privacy.

STUDIO ANDRIOLO undertakes not to communicate any data collected unless after an interview with the person concerned.
With regard to the data itself, you can always exercise the rights provided for in Reg. 679/2016, for example to enjoy the right at any time to obtain information on the processing of your data, on its methods and purposes and on the logic applied to it, and in particular, ask for its cancellation.
