Centro Andriolo remained open during the pandemic: all the mandatory and necessary precautions were implemented immediately and carried out with the new provisions in force. The studio, being continuously used to sanitizing after each patient, has added further precautions without any difficulty.

 

Before your arrival

The Telephone Triage

 

During the telephone conversation, while scheduling an appointment, each patient guarantees not to be in quarantine; not to have any symptoms; that he/she has not just travelled in any area of risk and that he/she has not been in contact with anyone who has been quarantined

 

Entering the Center

Screening and prevention and hygiene protocol

 

Once you reach the Center, the patients will have their temperature taken with the infrared thermometer. If the value exceeds 37.5C° the patient will be sent to their general practitioner.

The patient must be equipped with a mask and must disinfect his/her hands before going to the second floor.

 

 

The operational areas

The absence of the spittoon and the sanitization

 

The waiting room has been reduced: from 10 to only 3 seating areas. The patient, while wearing shoe covers as soon as he enters the practice, will place his/her mask on a towel to be disinfected with a sanitized spray. The spittoon has been removed for hygiene reasons, so the patient will be requested to rinse their mouth with hydrogen peroxide for one minute, followed by a second rinse with chlorhexidine. All surfaces are sanitized between appointments.

Before each patient's  visit, the doctor performs a 60-second hand-wash, wears a pair of gloves, a cap, a disposable gown, goggles, surgical mask, and visor.
