What is invisible braces and how they work
Invisible braces are a system of transparent, removable aligners custom-designed to gradually move teeth into the desired position. Each set of templates is worn for about two weeks and replaced according to the schedule established by the orthodontist. The treatment is discreet, comfortable, and particularly suitable for adults and adolescents who wish to correct their smiles without using traditional braces.

For a good result
Continuous and regular use, precise and consistent oral hygiene.

The advantages of invisible braces over traditional braces
Invisible braces offermany benefits: they are virtually undetectable, do not cause irritation to cheeks and gums, can be removed for eating and brushing teeth, and allow you to maintain proper oral hygiene. It is an ideal solution for those seeking effective yet aesthetic orthodontic treatment, comfortable and flexible, without impacting daily life or work.
For whom invisible braces are indicated and what problems they can correct
Invisible braces are indicated for adults and adolescents with good cooperation, and are effective in treating mild to moderate misalignments, tooth crowding, diastemas (spaces between teeth), crossbite, deep bite, and other malocclusions. After an orthodontic examination, the orthodontist assesses whether the patient is suitable for treatment and creates a personalized plan with a digital simulation of the expected results.

Treatment duration, daily management and oral hygiene
The duration of treatment with invisible braces varies depending on the complexity of the case, but on average ranges from 6 to 24 months. The aligners must be worn for about 22 hours a day and removed only for eating, drinking hot or sugary drinks, and brushing teeth. Because they are removable, they allow for thorough cleaning of the teeth and the braces themselves, reducing the risk of tooth decay and gum inflammation during treatment.

The stages of the pathway
The first visit
During the first visit, the orthodontist examines teeth, gums, bone structures, and facial aesthetics to determine if you are suitable to begin treatment. Only then can he or she provide all the information and specifications and proceed with drafting the individualized treatment plan.

1
Delivery of clear masks
During the delivery of the templates, the orthodontist explains proper placement and handling. Generally, they move on to the next set every 10 days or so, depending on the extent of correction needed.

3
The procedure for maintaining the result obtained (restraint)
To maintain the results obtained with the application of the templates, we can place a micro-wire on the inner surface of the incisors (the front teeth) in order to keep them locked and aligned. Or use a special template every night. It is natural that over time there will be micro movements of the teeth, as happens in other parts of the body.

5
Personalized treatment plan
A 3D scan of the mouth, specific radiographs (panoramic and teleradiography) and photographs are taken. The data are processed by dedicated software, which can create a virtual simulation of the slippage of individual teeth. The customized set of clear aligners is made in the laboratory.

2
Follow-up visits during therapy
To monitor progress, follow-up visits are scheduled. At each visit, the orthodontist checks tooth movement and also assesses the degree of oral hygiene. If necessary, he recommends a session to remove tartar and plaque buildup, improve oral health, and prevent tooth decay.

4
Follow-up checks over time
Every two years the orthodontist checks the maintenance of the result: tightness of the wire (splinting), regular hygiene, micro movements. The treatment has a 5-year guarantee, during which time it is possible to intervene, in case of major movements, with subsequent templates.
