First Visit
Dental health care is a key aspect of overall well-being, and embarking on a dental journey is an important step.
DentalCheck-Up
In a setting where patient care is at the center of every intervention, the first visit assumes a key role in understanding specific needs and establishing a personalized treatment plan.
During this first meeting, an opportunity is provided to assess oral health status through a thorough analysis and to establish a dialogue to best define goals and expectations.
Or simply wish to improve the aesthetics of your smile!
Prevention is better than cure
Especially when it comes to oral health.
If you have noticed some of these signs, it is important not to ignore them:
-
Yellowing teeth, despite regular hygiene;
-
Bleeding or swollen gums, even if not painful;
-
Small dark spots on teeth;
-
Tooth sensitivity that causes discomfort;
-
Slightly crooked teeth;
-
Persistent bad breath.
The experience that makes a difference
We have extensive experience in managing patients with dental phobia. Small dental problems are often underestimated, considering them insignificant, but they could be symptoms of more serious conditions:
-
Do you notice bleeding gums?
-
Small spots on your teeth worry you?
-
Or perhaps you experience that discomfort that occurs from time to time?
You may think these are common and passing situations, and sometimes they are, but they could also be signs of more serious problems.
Symptoms not to be underestimated
These symptoms could indicate more serious problems, such as:
-
Gingivitis, which often manifests as gum bleeding;
-
Caries, which, if neglected, can cause pain and require expensive treatment;
-
Premature tooth loss, which necessitates expensive treatment and can impair chewing;
-
Orthodontic problems, which can cause headaches or affect the aesthetics of the smile;
-
Periodontitis, a condition that can lead to tooth loss.
Solution:
A thorough check-up of your dental health. In more complex cases, the visit will last about 60-90 minutes and will consist of three stages:
1
Anamnesis and Pre-Visit
You will be welcomed into a dedicated and welcoming office, where the doctor will be at your complete disposal to listen to your story, concerns and personal experiences. The environment will be confidential and exclusive to ensure your privacy. If you have recent radiographic examinations (within the last year), please bring them along with your complete medical history (including any medications you have taken). A recent (within 6 months) panoramic radiograph or radiological status will allow us to provide a complete evaluation.
2
Complete Visit (with Microscope)
During the visit, we can perform all necessary examinations (panoramic X-ray, platelet tests, CT scans, digital impressions, etc.) directly on-site, without the need to go elsewhere. In the operating room, we will conduct a detailed assessment of the teeth, gums, and oral mucosa using a microscope. The images will be visible in real-time on a screen, and if necessary, we will take photographs or supplement with additional radiological examinations.
3
Consultation and Treatment Plan
In this phase, we will provide you with a detailed overview of your oral health status and propose the necessary treatments. We will always strive to balance your time and budget needs with the most appropriate therapies.
At the end of the visit, our secretaries will provide you with all the information about the treatment plan and payment arrangements.
